Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bda33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the bda33 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bda33.net. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus claims, and any use of customer support services.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by continuing to use the bda33 platform after any revision to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

bda33 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bda33. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bda33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced at registration and at various points throughout your use of the platform, including at withdrawal milestones.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party when using the platform or placing wagers.
• You are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bda33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not been self-excluded from bda33 or any other gambling platform pursuant to a self-exclusion request that remains active at the time of registration or use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bda33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

bda33 employs age verification procedures at registration. In the event that we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend that account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full identity verification review. Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.

Players who provided false information regarding their age during registration and who are subsequently found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bda33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bda33 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. bda33 reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address, to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bda33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Password requirements: Your password must be sufficiently complex. We recommend a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters of at least eight characters in length.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bda33 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your bda33 account is strictly prohibited. bda33 treats all activity conducted through your account as your own, regardless of whether you personally authorised each individual action.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): bda33 operates KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures consistent with responsible gaming industry standards. Enhanced verification may be required prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

bda33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably determines that the account holder has provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bda33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bda33 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amounts you send via your chosen payment method are credited to your bda33 wallet at face value in BDT, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment channel.

Accepted payment methods currently available on bda33 include:

• Nagad — instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile financial service
• Upay — Ucash mobile financial service

The minimum deposit amount on bda33 is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. bda33 reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice, though we will endeavour to communicate material changes in a timely manner.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bda33 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. This policy is in place to protect Players from fraud and to ensure compliance with AML obligations.

bda33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending the resolution of the review.

Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without first contacting bda33 support are treated as a serious breach of these Terms. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal will have their account permanently closed and any outstanding balance forfeited. bda33 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels in such circumstances.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bda33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which should be read carefully before claiming.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all bda33 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified; unused bonus funds will expire if requirements are not met within the stated window.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Welcome bonus eligibility: The bda33 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit(s). Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Players who have previously held a bda33 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus abuse: bda33 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, and the use of low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: Where stated in a specific promotion, a maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance at the point of withdrawal.

bda33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after the promotion has been accepted by a player, where we have reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's terms. All bonus decisions made by bda33 are final.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

Players on bda33 are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with fair play, good faith, and the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to defraud bda33 or other players through collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, insider knowledge, or any other form of coordinated dishonest activity.
• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated system to play games or place bets on bda33 without manual player input.
• Exploitation of software errors: Intentionally exploiting known or suspected bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering: Using bda33's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure as a mechanism for laundering funds derived from illegal activity. bda33 cooperates fully with applicable authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using false identity information, using another person's payment methods, or impersonating any individual or entity.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the bda33 platform.
• Abusive behaviour: Engaging in harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive conduct toward bda33 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

bda33 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected, bda33 may take immediate action including voiding wagers, freezing account balances, and closing accounts without prior notice. Players suspected of criminal conduct may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the bda33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bda33 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in bda33's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes as described herein.

Game content provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, and Relax Gaming remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to bda33 for display on the platform. Players have no rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such game content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the bda33 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bda33's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

The bda33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bda33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, interruptions, or harmful components.

bda33 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond bda33's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on your side;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any loss arising from a force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bda33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bda33 in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

bda33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other bda33 policy document;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested supporting documentation within a reasonable period;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms;
• A player's account being flagged by bda33's AML monitoring systems as presenting an unacceptable risk;
• Receipt of a request from a player exercising their right to self-exclude under bda33's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bda33 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder where it is legally permissible to do so. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or initiate withdrawals. However, the player's verified balance will be preserved unless the investigation concludes that the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

Players may voluntarily close their bda33 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance net of applicable bonus deductions will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bonus funds at the time of account closure are forfeited.

Section 10

Amendments & Governing Law

bda33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect players' rights or obligations, bda33 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or email to registered account holders.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the bda33 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bda33's operational jurisdiction. All disputes that cannot be resolved through bda33's internal complaints process shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction. By using the platform, you agree to submit to that jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with bda33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bda33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
